REFUND POLICY

We have a simple return policy. If you don't want the product or the product is damaged, simply return it for a full refund.

You may return any damaged or defective product within 30 days of purchase. You may also return any product, granted it is in brand new condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Before returning any product, please email us from our contact us page (or to returns@gotmedbooks.com) with your account information (name, contact, etc.), your order number, date of order, and items to be returned. Once we receive this information, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
